I do not think that it is in the near future.
YPN is still not that relevant according to some people.

No one knows when they will go international. Not even sure if they really plan to open for international publishers. I heard that they were going international at end of March 2007 but its already half of April and no news as of yet.

The question was posed during March . I believe Yahoo publishing Network has already gone global and the difference with adsense seems to be that yahoo has several big networks under them though Google is still believed to be the best in the business. I am going to try them out soon and see what gives.
