huummmmm yahoo is user friendly because yahoo gives you yahoo insider when we open yahoo messenger and also a yahoo helper is there always online to help us

Ya, sure yahoo is 100% user friendly comparing to some of other websites! Yahoo always offers good service and keep it's customer tied to it!

I think yahoo home page is user friendly and it provides with a lot of information. But when the talk is over the search engine Google gets an upper hand.
