I have a site that I placed in one of my signatures in another forum. The site is still under construction and not yet indexed in yahoo but it already shows my signature as backlinks. Will this harm my site?

No. This wont harm your site. Infact, its good as it has some backlinks!

the back links can increase the rating of urs side so indexed is not tht much important ,in every site we have the backlinks but no indexe becoz there is no need of these
