I have a website submitted to Yahoo directory, and when you click on the link, it doesnt go my .com, it goes my competitors .com, another URL!

I tried calling Yahoo about this issue, and they started playing Hot Potatoe with me, trying to avoid the issue, and passing me to other irrelevant departments.

What can I do?

You should just continue contacting yahoo. But don't expect this issue to be resolved quickly. They will just most likely send you useless emails.
