Hi everyone, I have been trying to contact Yahoo to find out if my website has a penalty, I tried over the phone and through more email addresses than I can remember.

I only get automated responses from my emails, and on the phone they keep telling me they don't have phone support for Search Engine.

Have you ever been able to get an email answered by a human, what email address did you use?

you are very true their customer support care is really low grade when ever i contacted them alwaays the exectives were busy ???????????

guyd i really have symathy for you but i generally feel no problem in contacting yahoo people
