Well if you can efford it then it must be Paid since there you get a confirmed support. It's actually based on the situation you are in.

Obviously paid if i have $ as free hosts have too much limits and now paid hosts have become cheaper.

Paid hosting is way better. I know free is better for the costs. But you do not get anything like extra features. With paid hosting you can have a domain, use scripts, more bandwidth, space, etc. You can find cheap hosting so its not bad.
