I guess because hosting a proxy site needs a lot of RAM as well as bandwidth it is very difficult to find a good proxy site host.

A proxy site will need a lot of requirements to run since it needs a lot of bandwidth and it also is loaded all the time. So i suggest that you buy a site with at least 100 gb bandwidth.
