I know it's good to have as many backlinks as you can, but don't you think is it difficult to get them? I mean, everyone wants reciprocal links.
Do you know a way to get them easier?

I don't know. Forum signatures and other easy ways like that. Each of my sites have more than 6,000 backlinks.

My gamers forum has 10k+ according to link popularity check, mostly from forums lol, but my blog has barely 4000, its not really hard to get if you can keep up with the same tactics to building links.

I'm in a similar position to njoker555 - if you try to add a couple of new links a day they soon mount up. These days I stay away from reciprocal link exchanges unless I'm just getting started with a site. Directories, signatures, etc, seem to be better for links.

Of course it is. Without backlinks, your site is just an empty space. Your site won't increase its Page Ranking and back links.
