Hey guys today i was about to make a payment to someone when paypal gave me an error that accounts with limited access cannot send money. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem since i also do not have a credit card which can make my account verified?

The only way is to confirm you are the actual owner of that account/credit card and to do this you need access to the cc account you signed up with.

You have to add a CC in it to increase your limit . If you are not from US then you can also Vcc to verify your account and increase the limit
