hello friends, please be careful, dont collect much money on paypal. sometime paypal freezes your a/c for security reasons and all your money will be freezed. i dont know why but one of my friend's a/c was freezed by them...and when asked about the reasons they asked original document and everything gone wrong. he lost $ 500 of his a/c.

They freeze it but you can easily verify it so you can use it and that shouldn't be a problem at all.

I think your friend violated the TOS of Paypal, they won't have frozen your friends account for no plausible reason.

Yes paypal can freeze your account but usually when you send required information either by calling or faxing it works pretty good.

I know several people who have over 500$ in their paypal account, and none of them has had their account freezed... But it's like rts47 said. If you call of fax them, they can sort it out. If he had done nothing wrotng, there's no reason to be afraid
