paypal-payment to unverified account
does paypal accept payments to an unverified account?
I've sent $15 to a friend of mine and he say the system doesn't allow him to accept it...

yes, you can send payment to unverified paypal account holder!! there must me some trouble on your friends side, like me is having a personal account which can accept only 5 credit card payment around the year. he have to upgrade his account to premier in this case.

You can send payments to verified or unverified. I believe unverified has limits though.

Yes unverified does has limits. It has sending limits and there are limits to the amount you can recive and withdraw!

yes you can send to unverified accounts,
perhaps he has reached his limit.
i had problems with that too

You can both send and receive payments with an unverified account, i do anyways. Maybe theres something wrong with your friends account. Contact Paypal

i hope this is your friend otherwise is very risky to send paypal payments to unverified account because they may scam you.
If this is not a problem make sure that the payment you send is in the same currency as the receiver account, although this should not be a problem .

You may be sending it from a credit card and your friend just isn't accepting it. Unverified accounts from the USA can't send money.
