Does anyone know if PayPal can take payments of $2000-$4000? Ive heard that payments over $1000 get held up for no reason.

Yup....I also heard similar case, I think its better to send/receive that much big amounts in chucks rather than as a whole. I guess this might solve the problem.

I would do such transfers if i had a verified account but i don't like giving card details online except for places like amazon, paypal i'm a bit unsure of.

I believe you would be sweet if it's a normal thing. Paypal usually get suspicious or involved when you make payments or receive payments they are out of the ordinary compared to your regular payments.

if you have a personal account then you are in trouble;
If you have a premier account it is ok.
I assume that in both cases you have a verified account, if you don't then you are in great trouble.
Anyway you can split up the sum and receive more payments...

Normally big amount transactions are stuck with paypal while its verified account its ok.

MAybe you can get the payments a little at a time, like 100 bucks a day?

They do a little enquiry in payment so huge . Its better to send those in installments rather then sending them in bulk.
