Hey i have had paypal a short time but i notice when i recieve payment from some people there is quite a large charge but then when i recieve funds from other people there is no fee at all!! ? What is this about? thanks in advance

If you are receiving credit card payments with personal account, then Paypal deducts some money from your account.
If you have premier or business account, PayPal applies some fees to receive payments.

What type of account do you have? Personal account or Premiur account?

You can check the Fees link on your Paypal account overview page.

Well, PayPal deduces its transaction fee with for both Personal and Premier accounts, but the transaction fee in case of premier account is way lower, moreover it is not limited to 5 credit cards as in case of persoanl account.
