Definitely Adwords and Adsense, Adowrds provides full information about the traffic received, also gives keyword suggestions etc. Adsense also provides every information like impressions, clicks, ctr, ecpm etc.

I'd say AdSense and AdWords as well. They respond straight away unlike other sites such as Yahoo! Their support is crap.
