Just for curiosity,I do not want to be rude, why do you need 5-10 moderators?
your forum does not seem to be very active and a good moderator, like what you are doing here, can do all the job.
I am not interested in the position, but i think is way better to get a professional paid moderator, or to share the revenues with him, than waiting for those free moderators which are not after all that reliable.

I know they aren't reliable but they get the job done when present. I'm looking for that many moderators because I get about 50+ posts a day on average and now that the official NBC TBD boards are getting bored, their traffic is coming to my site.
