I'm in need of 1, maybe 2 admins for my site- Jerlene.net :: Index

We experience way too much downtime and I can't afford a dedicated on my own. The admins would split the costs for hosting. You'll get 100% of the AdSense revenue[or whatever ads you want to run- Clicksor, Bidvertiser, etc.] for as long as you're admin.

In the beginning, you will not be given ftp and cPanel access. I don't want to risk losing anything within the database- tables, posts, members, etc. I've had that happen to me on more than one occasion. I can't say when or if you will get access to those.

Because your AdSense will be integrated immediately, money is expected upfront. The site is experiencing too much downtime and members are leaving. I can't let this go on any longer.

Also looking for 2-3 mods.

PM me qualifications. I'm looking or professionalism so being grammatically correct is a plus.

So, If I become admin - normally, I would give you $50 for hosting(50%) and I wont get cPanel and database etc access

No one is gonna deal with you with this condition.

Its like we are donating $50/month for no cause

As of right now, no. Moderator positions are voluntary.

How much is your website's revenue per month with adsense right now?

I can't say. I use my AdSense for every site I have which is over twenty and I don't use channels.
