That's your article? Nice job. I'm going to bring it here though instead of linking to an external website.

MSN optimisation tips
Article offering MSN search engine optimisation tips (optimization tips).
In order to get good rankings on MSN for competitive phrases you need a combination of on page and off page optimisation. Fortunatly for new websites MSN doesn't favour older websites which means if you get it right a new website can out rank a website that has been around for years.
Tips
Fisrt off make sure that you are mentioning the search phrases you are targeting on each page in both the page title tag and the content.
Make sure that you use search phrase text links to interlink the pages of your website wherever possible i.e. if you have a page about recruitment create links to that page using the phrase recruitment in the text that links to it, if it is not possible and you have to use images to interlink your pages use the search phrases that you are targeting in the alt tags of the images linking to any given page, this is not as good but it has a similar effect.
Finally get links from other websites, directory submissions are probably the best way to get them for a commercial site, when you are submitting to directories wherever possible use the main search phrases you are targeting in the text that links to you (the link titles), the more links you get to your site the better the optimisation will work.
Using these tips you should start to see results on MSN within 3-4 weeks.

I do not have very many pages under the msn search engine. I am going to see if I can optimize my site so that it will be picked up by msn.
