Is it true that if your sites are doing good in google then you don't have to worry about MSN as you will already rank high in it?

Basically. MSN is pretty easy to get on top. Google takes time and effort so if you got it good in Google, it's almost certain you're good in MSN as well.

I second Jerlene's comments. Its not easy to get high rankings in google, you need unique content, a good domain, plenty of backlinks etc. but in MSN you get high rankings just because of keyword rich domain name. So basically, if you get good ranking in google, you automatically get even more better ranking at MSN.

I think getting a high page rank in Google is more tougher than MSN.Because Google needs heavy efforts like quality contents,number of backlinks and traffic to get a page rank.

But basically it is easy to get a good page rank in MSN.if You get a good level in Google You can get high page rank in MSN also.

MSN is easy to get to the top of because it does not have a wide search area like google which searches many many pages thus giving you a lower ranking.

I agree completely. MSN is very large, but doesn't quite match up with google and yahoo.

Basically and most sure it is true; If you rank well in google, then msn is a piece of cake; However this does not work for small size websites which are very hard indexed by msn.

It is amazing how easy it is for new sites to rank very high in the MSN SERPS almost right after launching. It is still possible to stuff the meta tags with MSN and produce good results in their SERPS.
