no they do not have anything like adsense but they are planning to launch one within 1 year. Anyway seeing how difficult YPN was to implement, i hardly believe that anything can get better than adsense.

Actually they do have something very similar to Adsense however it is only available to US publishers and it is still in beta version.

No, it is not yet, they are planning to publish a msn but only selected users were accepted. Wait them to get out of beta version and then you may have greater chances.
