No, MSN doesn't have an AdSense-like program. They do have an AdWords-like program though.

Oh so they only offer an advertising section. They should get into the publishing market and be really transparent about it. They could steal a lot of users from adsense.

i have never tried msn?s adcenter, since they dont accept international webmasters. hope to get in some day
