Default Focuing on One or More?

When you are developing products and brands. What do you do?

Focus on one and get that one going as best as you could possibly can?

Work on many at once, and get loads of products out there as fast as possible?

Thanks,
William P.

It would make sense to work on one. Then when that one is stable work on another and keep going like that. Making too many and trying to manage and develop all of them at one time is hell.

You should always focus on one at a time. I myself start one, stop half way through and follow this process. I am just lazy and end up making new ones instead of finishing.

True this. King of one or jack of all. You need to reign over something. If you are half ass at pretty much everything it does you no good at all in the end. You must own one thing before you move on. Knowing other stuff is tools in the toolbox, but it will not suffice on it's own.

The best thing would be to focus on one product at a time. This way it will be developed and made easier. Also you would get it done quicker rather then having two in development.

Myself I was going to focus on just one. However as I have been sort of lazy and extreamly slow. I am forced to work on many at one time.

I know it's not the best option. But it will have to do.
