Default Staff Members

Hello. I just thought that we could discuss how we do or would choose our staff members for your future or recent buisnesses. Basically this will then be able to gather information on choosing and managing the managers of your businesses.

Share your thoughts.

Thanks,
Jacob.

When you are choosing staff members. You need to consider if they are trust worthy. It would be a matter of what they have to do, and see how trust worthy a staff member as to be about that certain job.

If it was a member of staff that had access to important information, or maybe adding or managing something like that. You would need to trust them with your life.

I usually apply for staff members to join. Have a long term chat with them. Also offer them trial voulenteer work for a period of time. If they are keen and do the job good for free.

They are trustworthy. Get to know the staff members.

Let them work with you. When they have worked hard, and have been working for a good amount of time. Promote them. It's easier for offline businesses.

If it's for online staff. You have to work hard and do some research on who you are hiring. Get them to do some work for free. If they do good when it's free, they are going to be even better when it's for cash.

Totally agree. Online members of staff are easy to obtain. However it is hard to know if they are going to stay loyal etc.

Anyone ever had staff members from all around the world work for your local targetted business?

If you have I will be interested in hearing your story and thought about it.
