I have a couple of forums. However I don't think I will be looking for link exchange yet. Maybe when we are more developed.

Wouldn't it be best for exchange that you stated the niche? Doing the same subject exchanges will beneit your forums a lot more then random exchanges.

You should swap with websites that have the same type of content as you. Also if they are establised well. You will be better off.
