Link exchanges with closely related sites usually work out well in my experience. If you fear losing people to a competitor, then just try to offer something they don't. Plus, if a competitor is doing something you can't, for whatever reason, then if you plug their site, it makes you look good to your users

link exchanges do help various foms but i dont think that these forms will be exchanging them you are talking just like a candy is presented to your foe and you are hlping him to uncover it:>
