What will be the basis when you want to sell links from your sites aside from Page Ranking? And how do you rate it?

I generally look more for traffic than a page's Page Ranking when it comes to putting a value on a link.

As a rule of thumb though, a PR4 link with little-moderate traffic on a relatively common themed site (entertainment or sports for example) is worth somewhere around the $10/month mark. This is a VERY loose estimate, but that seems to be the going rate at the moment.

Links on high volume and niche sites can quickly run into hundreds per month though - it all depends on the volume and targeting of traffic and what it is worth to you.

To be honest, i only check out traffic and Page Ranking in this case. The $10/month mark is familiar to me,too.

Hmm i would use htlntp://www.text-link-ads.com/ to find the value of links. The things you should take into consideration are the pagerank, stats, click through rate, daily impressions and area the ads are placed on your site.

I never tried such tools. I only look at the traffic and Page Ranking of the site. I've paid upto 15$ for Page Ranking 4 site.
