What's the biggest check you've gotten from your AdSense in one month?

I have yet to receive a check from AdSense. Hopefully next month I'll get one.

Me, too. I had only about 5 bucks in my account last week and now I have over 20.

I only have $3.47 in my account, I find the minimum payout is too high!

The minimum payout is $150 i think though i am not sure. I am ner too.

The minimum payout is $100 and I have just now crossed $12.64! Waiting for those days!

$100 is pretty realistic if you know how to market your site just right or if you run a bunch of sites and put AdSense on it.

I have set my account on hold because I use secure delivery for my checks and I simply can't afford to pay $25 every month for DHL. I release my payment whenever I reach $500+ (usually takes 2-3 months).
