I am thinking of setting a website that will be used mainly by people from my school.The problem is that all the pcs are on 15 ips which are rotated periodically.
Will Google view this as invalid clicks?

Most chances are that it won't unless you get something like 1000 clicks from same IP. Just do not create or login to adsense account from school computers. Always operate that from your home or somewhere else.

I think there's a small risk in this too. But you have to have to worst luck to get banned in this scenario.
