Indexing question

Hey Guys,

I am having a problem with one of my sites getting indexed into google. It has now been since the start of december since the site has been up and running and it has still not been indexed.

According to my awstats googlebot visits the site everyday, and officially according to Google the last time it visited was the end of February.

Im 99.99% sure i havnt done anything to get penalized for.

I recently started a similar site and it was indexed in 2 days.

Im kinda bummed coz its been over 3 months, has anyone experienced this before??

p.s I have had the site manually added to about 300-500 directories, have submitted about 5-8 articles to a number of places. it has 80ish links on yahoo, it is on the homepage of a semi realted Pr5 website. still no lucks

Sometimes it takes some time for Google to index a time.
I was in the same position as you thinking what i have done to get penalized and finally Google index it.
You just have to wait.

Site Maps!
The key to getting your site indexed quickly on google is to submit a sitemap to google.

I had a few sites that only had a few pages indexed after a couple of months. After feeling your same frustration I decided to build sitemaps for the sites and submit them to google. Almost immediately after submitting the sitemaps google was doing deep crawls on my sites. Every couple of days another 10 or so pages would be indexed on google. Only a few weeks after submitting the sitemaps I went from 3-4 pages indexed to 150+, with most of my new content now appearing rather quickly in google.

Your site might be banned from the Google index. It has been more almost 3 months since December and your site should've been indexed by now if it is not banned.

Yes, your domain is banned. Thats either because of the old domain owner's dirty tricks or because of you using some wrong techniques. You can submit a reinclusion request at Google Sitemaps after full inspection of your site.

google are slow at times, also you may want to try a domain name history check because it happened to my friend - he bought a domain, made site then later found out it had a history and was banned from google so he bought the .co.uk tld and redirected it and works fine

Is this domain banned by google ? cos its been a while since the site is online and I believe it should have been indexed by now . All you can do is keep working on site by getting more links and by adding more content . Hope for the best !!
