Well I haven't tried del.icio.us yet. I've signed up but never used it. StumbleUpon has been amazing for traffic though. The best social bookmarking site by far.

I must say that stumbleupon surprised me with the traffic it bought. One day I had an absolute swarm of visitors from it then the next day it died off. Still haven't try del.ico.us yet but I'm going to very soon.

the digg is way above both of them in terms of traffic the problem is what do you use this traffic for, it is very bad in terms of advertising.

I've only tried Stumbleupon and I really like the concept. People only see your site if they're interested in the genre that you put it in, so it's never a completely useless place to them. Also, I tend to notice random days where the Stumble traffic gets pretty high.

Ithink all the major socialbookmarking servies can ring you good traffic but from all of these digg.com and stumbleupon is the best i noticed huge traffic through this.

StumbleUpon has sent me far more traffic then del.icio.us. The traffic from StumbleUpon is very unfocused though and does not convert well at all. Del.icio.us traffic will convert a little better because it is more targetted.
