Buy links at other proxy sites, other than that, advertise your proxy at social bookmarking sites especially on orkut communities (school and colleges related) and tell them that they can now access forbidden websites from school computers using the proxy.

Also, play up the fact that your site is new, and if the school's network administrators don't know about it they can't block it.
