Its no secret that Twitter is now mainstream.

I'm interested to hear what you all think how it can benefit your business. Personally, I like to see companies on twitter because it shows they care about their customers, and its an easy way to send feedback.

On the other side, its also annoying to see companies try to "cold call" customers by following them and promoting their services to a mass list of people. Finding the balance is key.

Twitter has always been a great source of income and traffic for me.
It's such an easy tool to use. The more followers the better but you can always do it with very little followers as I have.
