I have a friend who have been sending spams for his adsense sites and he earns good in google but after a few weeks he was banned due to invalid clicks.

Well when you spam your site, people get annoyed and to get back at you for spamming they like to get you banned from Google by over-clicking. Payback sucks, eh.

Google has embarked on a pyramid-based incentives program directed at bloggers. They’ve been pushing really hard for me to put AdSense on Blogdex, presumedly because it has high PageRank

Google keeps an eye on traffic and if they find out that you're driving traffic by spamming and you're gone. Even someone angry can report you directly to adsense abuse department. So, better play it fair for safety of adsense account. You only get one chance

u can also submit those adsense sites to get the right keyword tht have lot of searches to save ourselves fom this

Spamming for adsense earnings is really risky. You'll most likely end up losing everything that you earned by getting banned.
