I was looking some domain auctions these days.
I saw so many peoples were describing their domains like "no bad letters". I wonder what are those bad letters?

bad betters would be unrealistic words that are hard to pronounce and remember. Also, its best to avoid copyrighted words in your name such as myspace or google.

Yes and characters such as dashes, numbers, symbols. The good domains are short, easily brand able, the words or word has meaning.

How about those misspelled domains? Do they belong here? They are quite good investment as they get a portion of huge traffic especially if its a famous site you're having the domain with that is misspelled.

I really don't like dashes on domains so I might consider them bad letters though they are symbols.
