Same for me, i don't try to pay for it. If your site is a good one other good sites will be glad to make an exchange with you. So instead of paying money you should use your energy for a high quality site.

For business sites, I pay for links so that reciprocal ones aren't required. For personal and hobby sites however, link exchanges are my preferred method. As much as I dislike having a bunch of links to other sites on my websites, you can get good deals with established websites and benefit greatly from mutual cooperation.

buy the link is not a good way to increase the site speed but u can established urs own link which r helpful also
