.info domains for blog
Will you use a .info domain for your personal blog address or will you use it for a content website.
Please share your opinion on it.

The .info for blog doesn't seem very professional, the main purpose of blog is to get returning visitors quite frequently and generally people remember .com for a website. I'd prefer a .com for a blog.

For a blob, I would prefer .info than a .com
For a forum, .com or .net is recommended but for a blog, its not tht professional, so .info will also be fine!

I bought an info domain
A couple of months ago I bought an info domain for blogging and such and then I was so discouraged when I saw how many spammers these days are buying this type of domain and they use it to redirect to their "other" site. I guess because info domains are low price, people are buying and using for some dirty dealing, I am a little disappointed by this and wonder if it will affect the integrity of my website once I get it ready for opening. I currently have it free hosted because I have too much going on.

I would certainly use a .info as you are sharing information with people!

Wow, that was profound. I noticed a lot of people are using .info domains on proxy sites, since you can usually pick them up for 99 cents at Godaddy and from my understanding the trick to making money with proxy sites is to build them in mass.

Personally I do not like .info domain unless for a website that gives information on some thing.
I find it quite unprofessional.

i like .info because it is very cheap and you can register about 10 domains for one .com domain.

.info sounds a good idea for a site shelling out information and not for a forum.
A forum should me a .net. That's what i think suits.
