Domain parking

I have heard someone claiming that he is making good money through domain parking.Is this true and how do you do that actually?

You can only make good money from domain parking if someone buys the domain. But domain parking itself does not generate good revenue.

You can earn good revenue through domain parking if your domain receives constant traffic. Chances aren't high that you'll get type-in traffic from fresh registered name. Mostly typo domains gets type-in traffic and normally generate good parking revenue.

I have not had good experiences with domain parking sites. Most of their parking pages are really poorly layed out and look exactly like what they are, a page full of ad links. In my experience, even if you have a domain with a ton of visitors you will get the visitors but not the click-thrus. And you probably won't get repeat visitors because the visitor can obviously tell that the site is nothing but ads.

I have had better luck creating my own "parked page", adding minimal content, then loading it with adsense and affiliate links. The less the page looks like a parked page the better it will do.

I only make money by bringin traffic to the domain names....lol

I dont see any way to get revenue for parking a domain unless you've did it and you've a site with some ads or something like that on it

I think that more money can be made in different ways then just having it being made threw parking it threw your domain name hosting service. You could just put a cheap webtool on it slap on some good old Google advertising on it. And make the same or more and then have your own advertising on it as well so I would really have to say Cash Parking is only to be done if you in no way have the time to set the domain name as some sort of site for yourself.
