Any good registrars offer good reseller programs? Like start with little or no money at all. I've been trying to get into this but kept backing off because of lack of time.

I think eNom has a reseller program where you don't pay in advance, but you have to pay right after if someone registers through you. I'm not sure about more details though, you can have a look at enom.com for more details.
