Hello. Submitting your websites or forums to these makes them have more back links correct for Page Rank? Dose it improve traffic also. I don't think it really helps with Search Engine Optimization.

I guess for some it may increase traffic. I am guessing it depends on how many you submit to and how often. One directory submission is not going to get you anywhere.

I think Directory submissions are often used to get back links and Google PageRank.

It is a good source to get free natural one way links.
