Question Which one is the best directory?
Does anyone here knows what is the best web directory? The one with the highest pagerank? No matters if I have to pay for the link.

It depends on your budget and other factors . Yahoo is definitely a great directory but I guess it costs somewhere around 300$ for one strong backlink and you can get a number of strong backlinks if you look around for established directories which charges around 50-75$ for inclusion .
Aviviadirectory , alive directory , sevenseek are some to name .

Hi,
There are both paid directories as well as free directories.
Free directories:
DMOZ directory
Yahooligans,which is a kids directory
AbiLogic,which offers good page rank and traffic to your site

Paid directories
Yahoo Directory,By listing in it you can get some traffic to your site
Aviva directory
AliveDirectory,which is worth the price.......
