Hello. I have been looking for a managed dedicated server that as cPanel for a total of $100 per month. I can find good ones, however when I add on cPanel the price goes so high.

Anyone?

You can get them this price. However depending on how big your website/webistes are depends if these servers will work for you.

Only go dedicated if you need to.

You can get them for like half of that with out cPanel. It's not the end of the world. If you are going to use it for your own sites not reselling space just ise a free panel.
