i think its abit too plain, and too much blue you need to populate the top nav aswell as i think it looks stupid with just 3 button spread out. try adding more onto it.

also try get Search Engine Optimization friendly urls

The first forum section where people register takes up far too much space. No need for cheezy scrolling text or double spacing.

"Previleges for Registered users :" May want to fix the spelling.
