I think he means keywords in Google adwords that charge the highest bid amounts and hence , pay more in the form of adsense to their publishers , but this list keeps changing pretty frequently because Google doesn't want adsense publishers to be able to guess what keywords pay the most and build their sites around those keywords. However, most credit and loan related keywords almost always feature in the top bracket.
